How to reduce tummy. Is there any light exercise could be done , while sitting at home?

    leg lifts - back, side, tummy, knees, sitting down, lying down and standing up. i totally restructured my body doing leg lifts while lying in bed. but you have to do a lot - 100/ea.

if you do sit ups every day with a fat tummy then you will damage your self and other organs i suggest you to take a long stick hold it behind your head like you know people whis carrying two water buckets tied to a stick hold the stick like that bend over raise bend over raise do one half squad turn right turn left wait one day to re do it again if pain full wait more untild the pain disappears

just do some sit ups. start it with 15 situps per day n go on increasing according to your convenience. for 1st 2 or 3 days there will be muscle pain but afterwards it wont. it is really effective dear. with in 1 week u will see the difference believe me.Darling it really works
