What is the best workout video for men?

  • My wife has a Denise Austin video that she likes. The workout is pretty good, and the way it allows you to pre-select which portions you want to play and at what intensity level is nice. Yes, the workout is tailored more specifically for a woman, but it's still a solid workout that would do just fine for me. My problem is that Denise Austin annoys the heck out of me. Her fake, Cheshire cat grin and forced bubbly personality, along with her repetitive comments ("This is my favorite!") drive me nuts. (How many “favorite” exercises can one person have?) My question boils down to this: What is the best basic toning and cardio workout DVD, designed for the male body, that you can recommend?

I know what you may be thing pilates were for women but no my brother I used different pilates exercises and they greatly strengthen my core. I use it mainly to develop my abs and obliques. I have an 8pack, I cant say you'll get one with that video(I naturally have a high metabolism and define body) but I can tell you it will definitely help(along with proper dieting too).
