How to tone abdomen and thighs?

My thighs are driving me insane, how do I tone my inner thighs.?

  • I do lunges and such. Do you know any exercises that will tone my inner thighs. That is the only place where there is fat. Everywhere else is mostly muscle. Help?

    Sorry but "toning" does not get rid of fat. The only way to take the fat off of your thighs is by developing an aerboic excercise program at least 3-4 times a week coupled with a diet low in fat and calories. Their is no way to lose weight on one area of the body because that is not how body chemisry works. Walk, run, jump rope, swim, or do other fat burning activities along with strength training most days of the week. Doing that and having a healthy diet will allow you to lose 1-2lbs a week. Sooner or later the fat will melt off your thighs (along with other areas) and you will look more tone as you muscles that was hidden underneath fat is revealed. Good luck.

You're going to have to do a combination of things in order to achieve optimum results in toning your thighs; unfortunately, you can't spot treat. You should eat many small portions of healthy food throughout the day. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Drink water frequently. And most importantly, exercise. You'll need to combine cardio and strength exercises. Try running, biking, and swimming for cardio exercise. Try various types of ab and leg exercises as well; you can find examples online. Make sure to constantly switch up your workout routine to really challenge your body:)
