Is it bad to lose 3 pounds a week if you're doing it through healthy diet/exercise?

I've done the math with the calories, and I could lose 3 pounds a week if I eat 1200 calories a day, and run 2 miles a day (which is what I usually do for track) and then doing pilates 5 times a week. Would this be bad? I'm not severly overweight, 135 pounds at 5'4. I plan on doing this for 5 weeks to lose a total of 15 pounds. Is this okay?

no, as long as its a result of eating what your body needs and exercising.. one week i actually shedded 9lbs.. it was a weird thing but 3lbs a week is not really outrageous as long is it isnt due to fasting or something unhealthy.
