Am I eating too much protein?
-
A majority of my diet is chicken/turkey/fish, nuts, fruit, and vegetables. I mainly just drink milk and water. Of my diet, I know chicken, turkey, fish, nuts, and milk all contain protein. My normal day would consist of eating: 3 eggs, 1 can of tuna fish, 1 piece (between 1/3 and 1/2 lb chicken), 2 glasses of milk, probably 2-3 good hand full of nuts, and I usually put peanut butter on at least 1 item a day. I do not drink or eat any kind of protein shake or bars. I am a 155 lb 21 year old male and very active. From the information do you think this is too much protein to consume?

Answer:
If you don't drink enough it might harm your kidneys in the long run but if you r healthy and attractive then what your doing is working out! If you work out a lot then it should definitely be fine.
