Is there any protein bars that do not contain nuts?

Am I eating too much protein?

  • A majority of my diet is chicken/turkey/fish, nuts, fruit, and vegetables. I mainly just drink milk and water. Of my diet, I know chicken, turkey, fish, nuts, and milk all contain protein. My normal day would consist of eating: 3 eggs, 1 can of tuna fish, 1 piece (between 1/3 and 1/2 lb chicken), 2 glasses of milk, probably 2-3 good hand full of nuts, and I usually put peanut butter on at least 1 item a day. I do not drink or eat any kind of protein shake or bars. I am a 155 lb 21 year old male and very active. From the information do you think this is too much protein to consume?

    If you don't drink enough it might harm your kidneys in the long run but if you r healthy and attractive then what your doing is working out! If you work out a lot then it should definitely be fine.
