Diet and Work Out routine for swimming?

Diet. Will this work?

• hi. I got a diet plan going. Im just wondering will it work and any suggestion ill start off with a bit about me. So i been over weight since i was a kid. Getting better as i got older. Im asian. So alot of carb rice thru out all meals during high school. I went thru cadet training during the summer and lost became fit. But right after i got back. I gained all the weight back. this continued for three years. I had a really bad effect of losing and gaining weight rapidly. I start noticing stretch mark to form. And now it over my bicep. Chest. Shoulder. Arm pit area. lower back. A bit ifront of the belly and on the side. it is really embrassing for me to show them. And it seems to getting worse. Speciallly summer time u can see them due to t shirts. I drank alot of soft drinks. Sometimes up to a liter a day.... But i wanna change my body. And able to have my life back. I havent took my shirt off. Or been swimming for the past 5.6 years. Now im 6'1 and about 190 pounds. with alot of flub instead of lean body. My diet plan is low carb for breakfast and dinner. no soft drinks more to water. So question is. Will this help me get in shape. Help reduce stretch mark. Will energy drinks like monster or nos b ok. And once in a while diet pepsi or coke b ok. Energyh drink cause im in university right now. Alot of late night studying. Thanks for reading this. Any tip or addon will b great and if any suggestion how to get rid of my stretch mark . Which is ruining my life. Thanks again

  cutt of energy drinks . they are bad for your body, mind and soul do lots of swimming. stick to yoru diet and you will see changes
