How long and would it take to tone my body and what should I do?

I am now 120 pounds and 5'4 and fourteen years old. I think that is a bit too heavy for my age and height. How can I lose ten pounds fast as possible? plus: is eating sushi (like sashimi and raw fish) healthy for a diet?(because i lovee sushi!)

Read http://www.teenageworkouts.com Eating sushi alone will not be very good for your diet. Vary the foods you eat and make sure you get a balanced diet. I would not recommened full utilising the gym yet at your age as you are still "developing" However I would say be considerate in what you eat. Too many young girls are starving themselves
