Whats a workout that will be more effective?

Whats the best way to workout at home?

  • I do 50 pushups and 100 stomach crunches(or whatever they're called) 3 times a week. I don't have a workout device at my home so i do this instead. Is this a good workout routine and if so how long till i see results? If not what do u recommend for faster results. keep in mind its a workout for home only....i can't afford to go out to a gym.

    there are lots of diferent ones to do. if you want to get a full body work out, you should do this. if you do 50 push ups everyday, you won't get anywhere, try increasing them each day, even if you just increase them by 3. doing the same amount will not do much good. LEG RAISES. do these to work on the lower abs. do about 30-50 CRUNCHES & SIT-UPS. these do the upper abs.(increase them. do more than 100. im 14 and i do 300) SQUATS. if you have weights, get the 25 lb's and squat. easy enough. RUNNING. running will probably do the best. run about 1 1/2 miles everyday. increase slowly. you can lose like 5 lbs a week if you run. and if you start to get really itchy while you run, that means YOU ARE BURNING OFF FAT! Eat right. that will help everything over all. y'know, fruits veggies, kashi, or nature valley cereal. hopes this helps a little
