Whats the best way for a 13yro girl to whiten her teeth?

fist off professionally whitening them cost anywhere from 600-1,000 dollars so its pretty expensive. i suggest you use crest white strps they arent expensive and really work fast. i use them every six months just for a refresher and you can ussually see the results in five days. that sgreat huh! well hope this helps. oh ya you only use them for 14 days and your good to go. good luck

my grandma told me to put a little bit of baking soda on my tooth brush evrytime you brush your teeth and theyll get better. make sure you brush your teeth about twice a day!

Brush your teeth of course, people without yellow teeth should too, hah. But when I feel like I want whiter teeth, I ask my mama to go get me teeth whitener. LIke the strips or this brush on stuff you put on overnight or in the morning. It works in about a week and you can see a big difference. And pearly whites make any smile beautiful. :]

floss twice a day... brush after every meal... use a good toothpaste like like colgate advanced whitening... Use ACT mouthwash once a day (I prefer at night)... To see results you must be consistent with this... or it won't work. Don't drink soda... especially coke or pepsi or any dark sodas especially they RUIN your teeth Don't use any of those stripes they are so bad for you teeth If you can't see anything working talk to your dentist about what to do... they can give you stuff that is much safer on your teeth.

Um... Hydrogen peroxide don't do it to often or it will make your teeth really sensitive... you aren't to young to get your teeth professionaly whitened i have a friend that is 13 her gets her teeth bleached.

If you want to do it cheaply and naturally: eating lemon slices. You can also add real lemon juice to baking soda and brush your teeth, however it may taste nasty to you... it works quite well...
