Let a dentist or oral surgeon do it. By trying to do it yourself you could create more problems.

If it's almost out, just make a loop in some floss, put the loose tooth through it until the floss reaches as far to the gum as it will go, and yank on both ends of the loop. It should just pop right out. The loop is just a loop like the support our troops stickers are.

I guess it depends on what type of a tooth your talking about. A perm tooth you need to go to the dentist, a baby tooth... they usually come out on their own. If it is loose and your wanting it to come out then just pull it out with your fingers. That is what my brother always did. Wisdom teeth, they have to be taken out by a doc. Then depending on how far out they are. If they are under the gums they have to be cut out, if they have already popped out then they just pull them out. Partial wisdom teeth have to be cut out I think.
