Getting someone else to do it would work. A dentist would be best. However, I'm sure you do not have insurance or you would take that route. String will work. STRONG string. If you could get someone else to "pull the string", it might be easier. Tie the string firmly around the tooth, get the nerve up to pull it and just do it. However, unless you have gum disease or the root is gone, this may create unwanted trauma with the tooth hanging in there. good luck. Sadly, the USA doesn't provide healthcare for everyone -- and sadly folks outside the usa and Canada don't often have the help they need. I only offer my advice based on this fact. IF you have a dentist, get the dentist to do the work lest you damage yourself unnecessarily in the process.

Here's the best way, it has ALWAYS worked for my family. Find a nice and hard apple and bite into it. The tooth will be left embedded into the fruit. Happy to help!

Tie one end of a thread to the tooth and the other end to the door, close the door but dont lock it. Now when someone rings the door bell shout "come in ... "

Keep wiggling or go to your dentist

I never found string worked, too slippy, try a dry cloth and don't pull, twist the tooth, it is held in the gum by tiny elastic like attachments. you need to break these by twisting and pushing down slightly and not pulling, gentle movements, then when you think you have broken the attachments, pulll gently. This is how the dentist does it, but he also has specially designed pliers!

See a dentist. Lots of things can go wrong pulling it yourself and trust me they are all very dangerous and painful. It could be abscessed and if it is and goes untreated it can lead to blood poisoning and possible stroke if it reaches the brain...and it doesn't have far to travel ya know. Run to a dentist.
