Speed cube lubricant?
-
I know that silicone spray is what I need to lubricant my rubik's cube with, but would (seriously) KY lubricant work too? I know not to use petrolium jelly or WD-40 on a cube, but KY is water-based. Anyone know?

Answer:
KY will work for a very short time, but it wears off really fast and ends up making the cube stick real bad. Honestly, silicone spray is the only stuff that works really well. I've heard of some people using graphite lube, but I don't have any experience with that.
