Whats the best way to learn to grind dance like at the club?
-
Last time I went to the club I grinded for the first time but I couldn't get a girl to stay with me for a whole song. I tried to watch other people but I couldn't get it down. Any tips for learning how to grind dance?

Answer:
Just loosen up, swing your hips to the beat. Place your hands on the girl's hips, and try to stay low. Unfortunately, it does hurt your thighs after a while, but suck it up :P A couple things to NOT do: ~DON'T bounce. I once danced with a guy and he was just bouncin' away behind me, and I was like...wtf. ~DON'T put your arms around her stomach, especially if you're tall. It feels awkward and your arms end up under her boobs. She probably isn't looking for an extra breast support in a dance partner. Hope I was of help, and good luck :)
