I eat them like that (with onions only) all the time. Tastes excellent and very healthy, as well. It gives the eggs a great flavor without adding all the extra fat that cheese has. It's good for those who also want to cut calories. Sometimes I put both onions and green/red peppers in. Try it - you will like it. Best regards.

Absolutely. Grilled or Sauteed onion is tasty and actually a little sweet. One of my favorite sandwiches is an Egg and Onion sandwich. Hard Fried egg and I break the yolk.

I would. Onions are delicious, and add a sharpness to the eggs that is quite good. Adding just a few flakes of Nori is also quite good.
