Does drinking coke and then drinking milk cause diarrhea?

    It shouldn't. Possible that you are lactose intolerant. Possible that you ate something earlier that made you have diarrhea.

Everybody's system is different... it might be that mixing the two was too much for your stomach? I have a delicate stomach- I'm not lactose intolerant, but I can't have heavy foods or anything right before bed or I get a stomach ache. There's another example of something that affects me, whereas I'm sure there are people that could eat a big bowl of ice cream and fall asleep right afterwards with ease. Now you know what your body can handle, so even if it's ok for other people, maybe avoiding having those two drinks too close together in the same day would be a better idea for you. Also... it might be that you drank the drinks too fast... like if you sipped them slowly and didn't have them right after another, maybe it would have had a better effect on you? Just guessing. Feel better!
