The last thing you want it someone sueing you over undercooked chicken or something terrible like that. Next, get out there and promote yourself. A lot of businesses today like to purchase boxed lunches for employess. That is a huge market. There are weddings, graduations, funerals, business luncheons, church luncheons, birthday parties........the possibilities for catering events are endless.
