Does Anyone Have Tesco's Chicken & Bacon Casserole - Recipe on a Card from 1994 approx?
-
I picked up a recipe card years ago in Tesco in the UK - it was a wonderful recipe and I had the card for years - I've now moved to Canada and the recipe got lost - has anyone got a copy of the recipe - from memory it had 4 boneless chicken breasts, chopped back bacon, onions, white wine and it was oven baked, and I think a little cream or creme fraiche went in at the end - I used to serve it with wild rice and a lambs lettuce salad ... I'd really love to have the recipe again as I can't exactly recall the stock measurements or seasonings that went in.

Answer:
Wing it for goodness sake. It's a recipe, not the formula for dynamite. Try it and you'll know right away if or what it's missing.
