How do you make coconut cake?

I dont have any condensed milk or cocoa but i have selfraising flour,plain flour,shredded coconut,coconut milk,coconut essence,castor sugar,normal sugar(very unhealthy though),milk,something resembling butter,herbs,spices,lemons Thankyou

  I haven't made one for a few years, but what I do is make a regular white cake and vanilla buttercream frosting and heavily sprinkle coconut over all of the frosting as I'm putting it together. You can certainly make it more coconutty by using the coconut milk in place of regular milk and by using the extract in place of the vanilla in the frosting. So why not just use your best cake and frosting recipe and tweak it a bit to make it coconut? It'll be delicious!
