Does anyone have any authentic Panamanian recipes beef patties and or pickled pigs feet?

I'm looking for authentic Panamanian recipes for my grandfather. Does anybody know any good ones? Any recipes will be good, I need like really good Panamanian recipes, he'll be able to tell if they aren't good. Mostly I need the two mentioned in the title but I need enough recipes to make an entire meal.
