Magazine like Shonen Jump?

Is there any anime like Shonen Jump magazine? I was just thinking how cool that thing must be and to bad its only in japanese. If there is one like it in english, how would you get a magazine like that? In Ireland, you rarely get stuff from another country besides england.

There is also an American version of SJ printed in English,and released each month. And,also,a sister publication called *Shoujo Beat* which features shoujo (romance) manga chapters for girls.
