Is the IB Diploma Worth it?

IB Diploma Advice? Forecasting?

  • I am a junior currently enrolled in IB English HL I, IB History HL I, IB Math HL I, and IB Bio HL I. I have questions about forecasting next year. obviously I will continue English and History in HL II... but i'm not sure whether to continue either Math or Bio, because i heard the math HL II test is really hard and i'm struggling a lot right now in Bio. my two SLs next year will definitely be Spanish SL and Physics SL... so basically my question is, if i were to drop one HL, should it be Math or Bio? which test is more challenging? Or should i keep both HLs as i had planned at the beginning of the year? and if i do drop one HL class, what SL class should i pick up? my choices are IB chem, IB Social Antro, IB Psych, and IB Econ.... a little background info... I have an A right now in math, but that's because my teacher is super laid back and i also have a tutor. I'm barely hanging onto a B in bio, probably high Cish, but that's because my teacher has notoriously hard tests and quizzes. I skipped algebra in middle school and studied it over the summer, so i'm ahead in math. i took a regular bio class freshman year, and i got over a hundred percent. i really enjoy bio, it's just the type of teaching i'm not too thrilled about. math on the other hand, i'm not a natural at it, and i struggle with it a lot.
