Amount of sleep time..(gym,studies)?

Hi., I am going to gym from the past one month.., Now my masters degree college is started, i am worried about my gym schedule and the necessary amount of sleep that i am take.Since i am serious abut my studies i cant skip my every day study time., i also have some household work for about an hour every day in the morning.. Actually i want a better time plan for my gym and also studies along with a good amount of sleep.. Hope any of u guys help me through..

Normal sleeping time 6 - 8 hours per day... As an adult should follow this time properly for taking sleep...
