    While we do eat all kinds of foods everyone else eats, there are a few things that you can get here that we are known for. Of course Mexican food and Southwestern Cuisine ( which to me, is like american food with a mexican twist ) We make alot of different things out of the Prickly Pear Cactus. ( Jelly, Syrup, Candy ) mostly sweet things because it's juice is very, very sweet ! ) We are also known for Pistachios. Fry Bread also. It's an Indian Bread that is fried. Most people eat it with powdered sugar, or honey but, you can also you it like a tortilla because it's shaped like that and kinda looks like that but thicker and puffy. I'm sure there are others but, I can't think right now ( just got home from work ) If I think pf anything else I will edit my answer. Hope this helps with your project !

I live in Arizona. since Arizona is so close to Mexico, there are a lot of Mexican restaurants. There are also a lot of steak houses which i'm assuming is because we're not too far from Texas.
