Help - Creative 2.1 Speaker left channel not working!!!?

Hi guys plz help me out... Im having an D945GCCR Intel Original Motherboard with onboard Audio with 3 I/O's Line In, Out, Mic. When i bought the Creative SBS 370 2.1 Speaker Set and connected to the Line Out to the Woofer and from Woofer to the Left Right Channels, It was working fine. But after some days i have noticed that the Left Channel has no output at all. When i slightly pull out the Line Out cable attached to the motherboard both the channels are working but the Woofer is not working. And when i fully insert the cable the Right channel and the Woofer is working but the LEFT channel is not working. But when i interchange the Left to the Right Output on the Woofer the speaker is working!!! Guys plz help me solve this problem - Could it be the problem with 1. The Speaker cable. 2. Motherboard Onboard Audio.

hi how are you is is still dosent work when you do by the control panel you have to update Bios of your mather bord still don't work maybe is with haveing problem with your pci solt try to put on to the other one still same problem you have to change you sound card

Hi my friend. I had the same problem years ago. If you plug in a pair of head phones you'll still find only one speaker working. Go to control pannel-sound options and make sure that both channels are in equal volume. If so... The problem is a faulty motherboard as this is kinda commen problem. Buy a sepearate sound card and enjoy your sound system. It's not worth running the hassle of fixing a motherboard.
