A question about paypal.

Pls answer this question about paypal?

i live in Palestine, and palestinian banks do not deal with Paypal.... I have paypal account, and i have money in it.... can i provide my sister's bank account in Austria to transfer money directly from my paypla account to her BANK account? or should the name of person of the paypal account match with the name of the bank account? if that does not work pls tell me what about this idea: i will send the money from my paypal account to my sister's paypal account,,,,and she sends the money from her paypal account to her bank account and then she sends it to me by anyway..... NOTE: i have not provided a bank account to paypal....can i still send money to other paypal accounts? pls tell me which option is the right one... thanks very much

do you're Palestine banks accept alertpay? If so... go to move-funds.com and transfer funds from paypal to alertpay. then deposit the money in youre bank from alertpay. or open a bank if a different country that deals with paypal... then transfer youre paypal funds to that bank.... then to youre palestinian bank... $$ :)
