What does it mean when i sweat while sleeping?

Ok. lately ive been trying to do this ilucid dreaming thing. When i go to sleep i relax, really good, and then i fall asleep. But then, sometimes in the middle of the nigth, or in the morning i wake up, in a cold sweat, all over the body. Why does that happen?

I don't think the sweating has anything to do with dreaming. Many people sweat while sleeping and get chilled because of damp clothing and bedding. Maybe try using a lighter blanket or lowering the bedroom temperature at night.
