What are good some guitar strings?
-
i have a squier strat. i play punk, ska and metal. i usually get Ernie Ball super slinky or D'Addario light strings. what do you play and what do you like? just curious on some new strings.

Answer:
It all depends, dude. I buy D'Addario 9-42's because they last forever before they start breaking down. I like this, because I absolutely HATE the sound of new strings, and those D's usually last at least a year before they stop holding a tuning, sometimes longer.

My opinion is that strings are strings pretty much. Don't like the coated ones but other than that I could care less what brand they are.
