    My best advice for you this (and every) offseason is to eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. For the summer, I highly recommend swimming. Doing these things will greatly improve your speed, strength, stamina, and endurance, as well as your chances of becoming a successful football player.
