Can someone give me an effective and intense abb workout plan?

I am 6 ft 145 lbs and i workout 4 times a week with wieghts in my schools wieght room. So i am already built everywhere except for my abs. Can some (who has a sixpack) give me an exact workout plan for developing great abbs. I have tons of dedication and i will follow it strictly and perfectly.I just really want those crazy rockhard washboard abbs to go with the rest of my body. I just dont know how. So can some one just give me a full abb workout that can be done around four times a week that is both intense and effective? I will work as hard as it takes so dont think anything is too hard for me. Thank you very much

Im too lazy to give you an exact plan so I'm just going to say go find the once number 1 wrestler in the nation Chris joll at Chesterton high school and his assistant coach (who is built to the max) and do what they say it works better than doing it yourself.
