Japanese-Slang Translation Into English Help?
-
There was this picture on the Japanese image site called Pixiv that had an artist share a 6pg. comic. I can't understand the one bubble of text and was hoping someone could translate it for me? NO GOOGLE TRANSLATION or other online translation sites PLEASE! I tried it and it STILL doesn't make sense. I know there is talk about looking at a ring or maybe being caught unaware or something but that's about it. I'm trying to share this with some friends so a translation that's makes sense to what is being said I would appreciate. A bit of background information to the event before the text was a girl was looking at a ring and then was surprised when her friend appeared out of nowhere, startling her. She got mad and asked why she didn't knock, to which the girl said she did. Then the text below is what she said. それより、そんなおむちやの指輪なんか見て何ニヤニヤしてたんでちゆか澪ちゃん. And yes, 'Niya Niya' is part of it. What it means is unknown to me. I've never seen it in Japanese speech before but perhaps it's just like a sound or something one would say out loud purposefully, like 'doki doki' for a heartbeat. If you know what means roughly, I would like to know that as well but it's not necessary. Just as long as the text is translated where one can understand exactly what it's trying to say. Thank you again! Thank you in advance for the help!

Answer:
それより、そんなおむちやの指輪なんか見て何ニヤニヤしてたんでちゆか澪ちゃん. First of all, おむちや must correct be おもちゃ with a mo instead of a mu, and a small ya. Omocha means toy. でちゅか with a small yu is a childish way of speaking. It means "desu ka" (... is it?). In Romaji: Soreyori, sonna omocha no yubiwa nanka mite, nani niya niya shiteitan dechu ka (=desu ka). Mio chan. More than that, seeing such a toy ring or something, what is the reason for grinning strangely. Mio (a girl's name).
