Would there be the problem on PayPal?

PayPal/ebay problem..PayPal suddenly changed its policies or something?

  • i've been using ebay and paypal since october of last year and everything has been going great. i've been an avid ebay buyer since then and made many successful purchases without much problems with the two websites. then i go to make another payment for an item like always and then it suddenly tells me that i can't finish checking out without getting my paypal account verified. this confuses me because i've always been able to make purchases before without a verified account. is there anything i can do? i don't want to get verified because i rather not hook up a bank account (i don't have any money in there anyway, tbh) and i really don't want to deal with the paypal credit thing because i use debit gift cards to pay for things on ebay/paypal rather than real credit cards.. is there anything i can do to pay using paypal without it telling me to get verified? i have an open case for an item thats due today >.<

  • Answer:

that happened to me too. u can hook up ur bank account and then every time u buy something just switch the payment option over to the credit/debit cards instead of your bank account. paypal gives u a limit on how much money you can spend before you have to verify your account and since u hit the limit then u have no other choice. but it's nothing bad, and you can still pay with ur card.
