Possible UTI or nerve damage?

I woke up with an intense feeling of needing to use the restroom and after I did go, it felt like I needed to go again. I then noticed that my clit ached and it felt better if I pushed on it. I have been browsing possible explanations and some said UTI. It doesnt burn when I urinate. The only new thing that has been introduced in my life is KY Yours and Mine. I have also been on low dose birth control for the last two month to treat depression. Another explanation I found was clitoral nerve damage, which would explain more than UTI due to birth control effects. I'm not exactly sure what is going on and I'm rather concerned if it is nerve damage.

Or most likely that's just a common symptom of UTI.....which it is.....don't over think things....lot of women who have UTI have gynecological symptoms as well - that is why the specialists who treat female UTI's are urogynecologists: in women it's all connected.

I would stop the KY Yours and Mine and see if you are reacting to that as that is a change. Nerve damage can be addressed by taking supplements that give the body what it needs to repair itself, so don't fret on that
