What do you write when you send your resume out in an email?

Sending resume via email! Help!?

  • A friend told me that there might be some employment oppurtunties were he works. I have no other details, I'm gonna send my resume via email. I'm having trouble trying to compose the body of the email, i cant really write, "hi, i hear you have some vacancies, heres my resume" does anyone have any suitable ideas that could be used?
