How to Handle having Attachment Issues? Any advice would help?

Desperate for advice about workplace issues. Long, but please try to help me!?

• I work for a place that cares for the disabled. My boss has been targeting me for 6 months. She favors employees she likes, and critizes those she likes, mostly staff who have been there longer than she has. But this is just the beginning. I was hired into the company which chronic anxiety, triggered by driving. After a a month or two, doctors realized that it wasn't anxiety, I actually had a brain weakness that caused panic. I agreed to brain therapy, medication, and have endured a life with little socialization and overall happiness because of this. I brought a note to my boss from my doctor, suggesting that the trips I go on with clients are short, as to not trigger my condition. My boss didn't even open this letter before telling me I couldn't be accomodated. Two trips to HR later, I was in the clear when I found out 3 other co workers also did not drive. I kept my job. A manager of another department told a friend of mine that I was fat and ugly, which I'm not.. but it still bothered me. That same manager reported me for something I never did, and my boss called me in today telling me I was possibly getting fired because he was a better source. I walked out of the room crying. I bumped into a co worker who tried consoling me. She was really irritated, knowing that my boss's accusation couldn't be true in anyway! She then told me that she had heard my boss and that manager who called ugly talking in the kitchen.. making fun of my disability, and calling it bullshit. What can I do??? Please help. I love my job, and this kind of work is where my heart is... But I can't handle this! It's one thing for her to be a shitty manager, but this goes beyond that. I'm truly conflicted, and most of all hurt! We work for the disabled, and she's making fun of my disability?? Please guide me!
