What are the FedEx Employee rights?

my mom has been working in FedEx and she has been treated unfairly by her manager and for the past weeks she has been getting big and nasty bruises on her legs and thighs because of the heavy boxes she has been carrying she doesn't bother to tell her manager because she told her once and she didn't care. I was wondering what are her rights my mom feels unappreciated can you please tell me what can she do? or what are her rights?
Answer:

bruises are part of the job, are you saying because she is a women she should be treated differently? that would be illegal,she gets the same pay as everyone else moving heavy boxes and getting bruises, there is nothing to do, her rights are to quit or don't say anything
