India agriculture, changes in India's agriculture?

REQUESTING LEGAL ADVICE:CAN my aunts go to court for the property of my grand father in ANDHRA PRADESH INDIA?

  • we own an agriculture land in ANDHRA PRADESH INDIA , its my grand fathers hard earned land which he DID NOT inherit from any one , he died 20 years back with out writing any WILL and due the recent changes AGRICULTURE LAND PASS BOOKS were issued on my fathers name it has been 14 years that we are paying tax for the land on my fathers name , my grand father had 3 daughters who marriage was performed by my father giving them the money which was more than what the land cost at that time , now my aunts are threatening for a share or else they will go for legal battle is it possible for them to go to court against us , as they are married before 1983 we have spent all our fortune for them and now they are not allowing us to enjoy the property which we own how should we proceed my grand mother is still alive and she is in support for her daughters what should we do ??

my advice might look odd.sell the land without knowledge of your aunts.they can approach court and as your grand mother is alive and supporting her.thing will not go in your favour.as agriculture land pass book is issued in your fathers name,you can easily sell it

Take some legal advice . Apparently it seems your aunt does not have any share . Still she can go to court , it is her right . You have to fight the legal battle .
