How Do I Manually Put .MP4 Videos On A PSP?

PSP-Original: Cant put videos on it, videos converted to mp4 by pspvideo9. Takes up space but doesnt show up?

  • Its wierd ive heard the psp converter may not be certified or something and they all give pspvideo9 as the certified psp converter. Ive used it converted like 5 videos now each time i put them onto my psp they take up space but don't show up under the video heading. It just says no videos i can sucessfully put photos and music on but not videos. Ive tried putting the video in the music and photo folder but in the music folder it only plays as music theres not picture. Ive put it in the right folder followed loads of 5star rated psp videos on how to do it but each time it doesnt work. I formatted my memorystick and still no luck. My Psp version is 2.60 but ive heard psp version has nothing to do with putting videos on the psp but will upgrading allow me to do this? Help and please don't just post links to websites could answer the question in detail thanks.
