All my pc games are locked at 30 FPS?

Well, not exactly. Some games such as Call of Duty games, Battlefield etc are not but some games such as Madagascar and Psyconauts are locked in 30 FPS. I know about v sync is but these games dont have an option. Is there a way to unlock it?

Answer:
I think you might need to get either a new processor, or a new graphics card. That will definetly make a difference.
