Can't map right analog stick to N64?

I have a PS3 controller connected to my PC. I am trying to use it to play some N64 games, using Project64. However, there is a slight problem. I cant map the right analog stick to any of the buttons in the emulator. All the other buttons map just fine. Does anyone know any way for me to map the right analog stick in Project64? PS the stick is not broken, as its input can be seen by the game controllers thing in the control panel.

you may be able to use program like controlmk to map it to the keyboard input.
