    I don't think you should get the PS3 Slim. It's ugly, and the power and eject buttons aren't touch sensitive anymore. But if you must, here's what you do: Sign into PSN, and compare trophies with a friend. This will make sure all of your trophies are up to date. Then delete the user account, not ur PSN account, from your PS3. It's on the far left of your main menu. Then when you get your slim, go to the playstation network section, sign up for playstation network, and use an existing account. Then you will be able to sign in the account you had before, and then view your trophy collection. If it's taking a long time to load, then that means it's syncing your trophy information back, and you'll have all your trophies again. NOTE: You won't be able to keep the saved game data from before, so I really think you should keep your old ps3

Dont listen to that dude that said its ugly so what are you going to be looking at it the whole time....no so get a slim with 2 year warrnaty it uses less space and saves money in ur pocket in the end of the month from the electricty bills no you just gotta sign in with your email and passwrd from your old ps3 and it will be there
