Help :Why did facebook give me a virus?
-
I'm on my laptop atm cause my other computer is out of action due to me going on facebook and getting a virus. What happenend was I logged into petville and it spat me out and then my facebook page kept multiplying itself and I can't run Avira, it wont let me. Grrrrrrrrrrrr. Do I need to uninstall all my programs and start over? I know facebook has haters now since there have been a few deaths linked to facebook and I think these haters are trying to destroy facebook via viruses.

Answer:
Your explanation of the situation is a bit vague. Were you only browsing FB at the time, or did you have other tabs/windows opened at the same time? Also, have you tried booting up in safe mode to run a virus scan?
