Add random people on msn.

Msn will not let people add me?

• so..i went to this art/fashion event thing that happened near my university and i met SO many great people. They asked if i had facebook and i said no because i basically don't have one (and don't want one) They then asked if i had MSN? ..sure i have MSN but i don't go on it that much. however they asked for my email address for it, and i gave it to each one of them.. they gave me theirs too..but like a idiot i didn't write them down ¬¬ because i imagined when they added me then i'd get an invitation through msn to accept their add. However msn has not sent me any invitations. Now if it was one person, then i would probably think "oh they probably didn't want to add me" or they forgot. But i think i must have exchanged it with 6 or 7 people.. so all in all my question is..why isn't MSN sending me invitations when people add me? and what can i do about it!!

  How do you know for sure that any of them have bothered to add them? If they asked for Facebook first, which has its own messenger system, chances are the don't really use MSN either.
