Why does yahoo never let me add an attachment on my emails?

It's telling me to add Yahoo! Mail to my pop up blocker list and I don't know how to do that.

Every time I try to add an attachment to my email, it just says loading and doesn't open up my browser.

I need to know how to add images INTO the email, and not just as an attachment, I see Microsoft outlook can do it, the iPod touch/iPhone can do it, and I'm guessing every other email in the world can do it too... but why not Yahoo, the "Best web...
