How to get HD Quality on YouTube?

Youtube quality and border issues HELP!!!?

  • Alright so I've got a few quality problems on my youtube videos. My videos are recorded with fraps implying they're video games. I open my videos with windows movie maker (my only movie making software) and its got great quality 1080p 720p. But I know for most people they don't like turning it up to HD or their computer can't handle it. I've seen some videos of the same game recorded with fraps that have great quality in 360p and 480p. If anyone knows how to get HD quality in 360p or 480p please answer. Another problem I have is I get pitch black borders around my video, I've tried yt:stretch=16:9 and it does nothing. I also try uploading in full size from windows movie maker, gets rid of the left and right borders but it leaves the top and bottom ones and decreases maximum quality from 1080p to 720p. If you have any answers or suggestions please answer. sorry for poor grammar typed this up real fast O_o Link to my channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/CrackHeadsLegion

Try Bandicam It looks like the Fraps, but so much better. It has 360p/480p/720p preset, so you can remove the boarder easily. See http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=bandicam To get 720p/1080p video for YouTube, see the manual below: http://www.gamerecordingprogram.com/faqs/how_to_make_1080p_youtube_videos/
