How to stop Chrome from opening new tabs?

Computer browser help! It keeps opening random tabs(Opera)/windows(Firefox) and Chrome crashes my computer?

• When I open up the Opera Browser, (Just downloaded it a week ago) Ever sense I';ve downloaded it, when I go to a new page or an add pops up from a video it opens up a new tab into google, and in the search bar is %C3%9A %C3%89JsAi%C3%A2%E2%80%98%C2%BC%CB%86%C3… %C2%AC U%C3%B7 %C3%B7G%C5%BE%C3%8C%C3%81%E2%80%B0%E2%80… %E2%84%A2 3%C2%B8%C2%B1 %C3%84Z%C3%B3%C2%9D%C3%8F%C5%93^ %C3%AD%C3%B2,%C5%BD%C3%BF%C3%B0C%C3%8D%C… ?%C3%A9> %C3%90- Which makes no sense. Please help? In Firefox it opens up random windows to something that just "cannot find the server xn-- and lastly, Google Chrome. It just crashes my computer when I try to go to any website after opening the browser
