How do you post gifs on tumblr?

On tumblr I want to post my gifs in a certain order after saying something but I don't know how. Do I put it under text or photo? How do I get it in that order?

Answer:
If you want to say something first it's best that it's a text post, and you should have the gif in your computer. After you've written what you wanna say, click "Upload a photo" on the top right corner of the box and upload your gif. Ta-da C:
