How can I increase my sprinting speed and Improve endurance?

I used to do 100m in less than 13 secs, now I can barely do 14 secs And my endurance is appalling, I can't run anything over 100m without getting tired HELP?!?! I'm only 15 and I'm slim by the way...

For sprinting, do INTERVALS! (15 second sprint, 25 second slow jog) repeat for 2 miles
