How can i improve my sprinting time?

so um... i got 16 seconds on my 100m timing at track the other day. thats not a good time. i need to be int he 13 &14 second time range! and i got 34.35 seconds on my 250m timing how can i improve my sprinting times and be able to run faster?? how long will it take to improve?? my last track meet is the end of April. so will i be able to be a lot faster by then for at least the last track meet!!??

Try running hills. This will help increase the stength in your legs and also your endurance. Any free time you have go jogging, this will also help with your endurance which will cause you to run faster. Try doing quick spurts of running. 30 seconds of sprinting, 45 seconds of jogging, and so on.
