Does anyone know some exercises to slim arms?

When I sneeze I have dull pains that go down my arms. anyone know why?

• Sometimes when I sneeze real hard, I have dull pains that go from my shoulders down my arms and they last about a minutes or so. I do have tendonitis in my right elbow from baseball, but it only flares up when I start throwing something or swinging my arms, and it is only in my right arm. But this pain feels very similar to that, but in both arms. Any help would be great. Thanks..
