Kneecap pain? knee pain?

i have been having kneecap pain for about 2 weeks and it hurts to walk and go up and down the stairs. it doesnt hurt when sitting down, and it takes about 20 seconds to start hurting when i start to walk.. anybody have any ideas of what this could be..

A lot of times pain travels. Pain can travel from the back to the knees and if that is the case, it is not a knee problem at all but a lower back problem. In any case, a good magnesium will help to relax those muscles. Get one with at least 3 different kinds of magnesium including magnesium malate. That will help the muscles relax. If you are low on magnesium, your muscles cannot relax. You might try taking trace minerals as well.
